It looks like the photo is taken by a shore but it looks like its a cliff and the water is deep. I think of it as a message that it means, that you can be on a safe ground and easily fall off if you don't look or check your surroundings.

I would take a picture of everyone as in all races coming together and holding hands, and them looking like they're enjoying everyones company.
